    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a basic Canada Wide subscription and recently changed it to a Canada-Us-Mexico plan as I was vacationing in Mexico. I am now back from vacation and want to change back to my basic Canada Wide plan but the app only shows the Canad-Us-Mexico plans (no Canada only plans).&lt;BR /&gt;Why can’t I downgrade?. Do I have to cancel my contract and make a new one ?. Maybe time to switch providers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the answer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Seems odd that I’m now locked in to only high tier plans now.&lt;BR /&gt;WARNING to those thinking you can switch to any of the plans that are on the website if you think you might be able to go back, you can’t.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile if you are monitoring this, I will be switching the 4 people that I have on plans to another provider if this stays like it is&lt;/P&gt;</description>
