      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The phone number for the confirmation code no longer exists so I can’t log in. I can’t seem to figure out how to connect to a customer service agent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/612299"&gt;@Caitmitchell1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;see if you can get the code via email and then update the phone number yourself.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;On the 2FA screen, click "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Didn't Receive code&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;" or "&lt;STRONG&gt;Resend Code&lt;/STRONG&gt;" and choose "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Send email&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;" to get 2FA&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you can login with the 2FA sent to email&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then you can go to Profile &amp;gt; Manage EverSafe ID and then update the phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;if you cannot get the code via email&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then ask PM CS agent to update the phone number for you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Private message CS Agent at:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;EM&gt;**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
