      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have entered all the data needed to resolve the major problem experienced at least 20 times to no avail! I have waited hours trying to get someone to fix the issue. I am about ready to switch carriers out of frustration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
