      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, l received a new sim card but it doesn't work in my phone or anyone else's phone so it obviously bad. So l had to go back with my old provider how do l get a refund from public mobile?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't need to go back to old carrier, just ask PM to provide you need one.&amp;nbsp; Or if you already activated a PM account, could be just sim provisioning issue and not a bad sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Work with PM for a solution.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
