Once again I am stuck with Public mobile failing. Tried to make a US call and message came back - "You don't have Add-on for US roaming. I purchased my second one - a 30 day US roaming, text, cellular for $40.00 on Oct 29 and it was working until today - Nov 13. I put in a ticket and we'l; see how long that takes for CS. This happens every year when I'm travelling and I find it extremely frustrating why the system doesn't work.

If you bought on Oct 30…then 15 days is today, Nov 13th. After today, you can re-buy the 15 or 30 Day Roaming Add-on options.
