One is for the purchase of your monthly plan and the other one is the top-up to pay for your monthly bill…basic accounting terms.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried paying for the bill but it was so darn difficult and wasn't going through and I really needed my phone to work so I had to change the plan. So it just happen that the old plan decided to charge it after I changed the plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was a very stressful situation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
