    <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently joined the Public Mobile family. My profile in the app shows my old transferred number, but My IPhone still shows the temporary number in the settings. I did try entering my number and hit save, it didn’t work. I even rebooted the phone to see if that would make it update, it didn’t work either. Does anyone know any other options?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/604180"&gt;@LowellPrince&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is possible that your port from old carrier didn't process properly.&amp;nbsp; Did you respond "yes" to your previous carrier's port request text confirmation?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to receive phone calls or texts at your old transferred number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S. I will move your post to the Get Support section of website (instead of Lounge).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
