      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My 5G data has not been working since this morning (at 2 bars, not responding.) I am not able to send or receive emails, nor can access anything on line, as it takes a long time to upon or load, only to stop. This is the first time this has happened, and I am in a location I have never had issues with before so I don't think it's based on that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
