Actually this time my card is locked and forgot to open it and my sim get deactivated please make a recharge on the same sim with the plan that I have earlier or please contact me on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx so that I can explain Well.

Public Mobile will not call you, nor can customer service assist with making a payment. Also, please do not post your account information here as the messages here can be seen by anyone.

Credit card lockouts after multiple attempts have been made last about 24 hours. Public Mobile payment vouchers can be purchased online from websites such as muskbird.com or recharge.com (although there is an additional service fee for purchasing these online). Some stores such as Shoppers Drug Mart sell these Public Mobile vouchers in store.

Do you need the PUK to unlock your SIM? Just click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket then Contact for an agent to help you in the morning with the key.
