    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my monthly subscription had a price increase of 3$ this month and in addition my data was removed!!!!! (I only have now text and call)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get that everything gets more expansive and the cost has to be adjusted but increasing the cost and also lower my data plan is kind of unexpectable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am searching since half an hour for a customer service to contact but all links just go to their computerized chat box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would be helpful if anyone could let me know a link how to contact them about this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There were notifications sent around for the price increase on the $15 plans. I have not seen any information about changing the plans other than the price.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know about you, but I received notice in mid-September advising that my plan would increase by $3 at the end of the next month. The planned increase did not offer any additional benefits.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I signed into My Account and changed to the same plan myself but with additional minutes and data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should have also received the same sms notice and made the changes yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can reach agents at the link below.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
