I just tried 1234 when using the 611 trying to make a payment. 1234 did not work. Does anyone know if there is updated information on what our pin is as of Nov 12 2025?

The reason that 1234 didn't work has to do with that it wasn't the SIM PIN that was needed. Account PIN, SIM PIN, and voicemail password are often confused with one another and all are separate codes.
