first, in PM, all account are standalone, no family accunt and no family plan sharing. You need to use a different email address to setup another account

for any discount, only advantage is use your friend referral code for the 2nd line, the new one will get one time $10 credit , but for you who refer, you will get 1 Reward point every cycle , that is like $1 in value

No, Public Mobile does not have traditional family plans where multiple lines share a plan or receive a group discount. Instead, each person needs their own separate account, each requiring a unique email address.

Each line of service is an individual unique email address. You can use the same credit card for multiple accounts to manage payments easily. You can use your referral code for each new account to get a one-time $10 credit and the initial account gets a $1/month reward.
