      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently lost the debit card that is used to pay my monthly fee.&amp;nbsp; It took 3 days for a new card to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before I had a chance to make the change to my account and add the new debit card, I received notice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from Public that my account was essentially suspending pending payment.&amp;nbsp; No problem I thought - my new&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;card just arrived.&amp;nbsp; Now all of a sudden, I'm paying almost $4 extra per month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to communicate with a human at Public Mobile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All of the old $15 plans are now $18 plus taxes and fees, so that may be what you're seeing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you have referrals drop off and now you no longer get those Rewards. Did you upgrade to a different plan than original ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
