    <description>&lt;P&gt;Lost my phone. Bought a new SIM card. Can’t get into my banking or my email without it verifying two step to my phone number which I can’t access. I’m just trying to activate this card on my new phone so I am able to access my own personal accounts. Found another automated phone contact for public mobile but when I entered my phone number when asked &amp;nbsp;it didn’t recognize it. &amp;nbsp;Kind of crazy that we can’t even contact someone other than posting a general question on their website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
