Alternative is to use on-line service such as muskbird.com or recharge.com.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.muskbird.com/mobile+recharge/public-mobile/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.muskbird.com/mobile+recharge/public-mobile/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should be able to update payment card by logging in on the mobile app, click Payment tab &amp;gt; scroll to see Update Card Information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/302477"&gt;@Brenda-56&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public mobile accepts VISA or Mastercard debit card.&amp;nbsp; Why can't you change your debit card information?&amp;nbsp; Are you able to login into your account?&amp;nbsp; Is the payment system not accepting your visa debit card?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website is finicky.&amp;nbsp; You could try again with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Or you could try the PM app itself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
