We have Telus Internet, PM for phones. We had Internet the entire time. We couldn't call or text until Sunday afternoon, at which time texting came back. As of Monday am, we still have texting but no phone call ability. It dials and after 30 secs of blank, it drops.

2 phones, 2 seperate accounts. Not Registered on Network at home, Okanangan Falls.
The wife went to the store 1 km away and the phone connected and worked. When she came back home, it no longer works. I'm at home and mine did not work during this time, as she tried to call me.
Last weekend, this occured briefly, during a sim removal. I though it was dirty contacts since I removed the sim again, cleaned it and replace, and the network came back. Now both phones not working.
Account active and current.

Telus, PM, Koodo, etc are all down in Okanagan Falls & Gallagher Lake. My son in Oliver says it works there, and in Penticton. It has been down since the early hours this morning. At least Telus is now acknowledging there is a problem. (Thank god we are with Rogers for Internet!)

As of this moment, it is still showing outage in the area

Have you opened a ticket with PM to ask for more info? Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble with open ticket using Chatbot, then message them using this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox, check here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage
