I have my plan increased from 15 to 18. the service is the same. no headsup. what can i do ? i want to revert to my old plan. if i struggle for the extra few dollars difference means it is a big deal for me. in my view, to give away your bank account and they can take how much they want, is plain abuse. thank you.

you are simply rude. no i idd not. i am the parent, the payor. my daughter must have received this on her phone which she ignored. if you do not have children better, clearly you have no idea. a proper notification should have been via email way before this would happen. and to start a response with "excuse me" is absolutely not acceptable.

Yes, that is a price increase and of course no chance of going back

All $15 plan is now $18

But check if your My Account Change Subscription page has the better $18 plan with 1GB, same price but more data

Truly believe a company should provide proper notification in writting.

they are counting on these plans belonging to minors who are igoring an important message leaving the parents pay for the damage.

waiting for christmas or black friday, they way they dealt with this increase is completely unacceptable. my opinion of financial abuse stands for improper notification.

i submitted a ticket. thanks for your input.

this happened to me today , tomorrow it can happen to anyone, to include subscribers who does not see this a problem.
