Thank you for your answer. Where can I see that whitelist ? I checked on my phone and there is no toggle for VoLTE. I am not sure exactly what is VoLTE. Do I really need it ? Because for now it works perfectly fine with PM.

Thanks again

I am considering to change to /e/os on my Samsung. I was wondering if it could work with /e/os. I am not sure what to look for. Thanks in advance

@Charles_Giard02 it is not the OS that matters but the network bands the phone has. What Samsung model is that? If the phone works On PM with its Google Android OS, then it should work with /e/os. The network access here is independent of the phone's OS

One thing to consider is whether you can enable VoLTE with the OS as it will be important once 3G is decommissioned

Also, if you have not joined PM yet, make sure you download PM app on an iOS or Android phone and subscribe first. All new subscription needs to go through PM app. But once it is subscribed, you don't need the PM app any more, you can access the account using browser

I have a Samsung S20 FE. I am already subscribed to PM and it works on my phone. My model supports 4G and 5G.

I will check if I can enable VoLTE in /e/os. Is there anything else I need to check ?

Also you answered my question about the app. I wasn't sure if I had to install it again even tho I am subscribed. I know the app is just a wrapper for the website anyway.

Thank you all for your answers. I will try to change the OS eventually. If it works on Public Mobile's VoLTE, it is possible to work even though the OS is different ?
