    <description>&lt;P&gt;Wtf. I have same issue with my iPhone 17. &amp;nbsp;Customer service can’t do any thing. &amp;nbsp;Just message back and forth and can’t solve the problem with connection, after buying new ESIM, installing and activating done, my phone had SOS &amp;nbsp;and no service. &amp;nbsp;If you find the solution, please share with me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/313550"&gt;@Nhan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure you delete the old eSIM and remove the old physical sim.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, Public Mobile eSIM should be the only one, make sure it is Set as Primary and Turn on this line is enable.&amp;nbsp; Then reboot phone and Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if same, reply PM support and ask them to check&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It doesn’t work at all. &amp;nbsp;Even though I contacted PM customer service but CS staffs did NOT do much to help. &amp;nbsp;Then they created 3 issue tickets within 2 wks and no tech support help me at all. &amp;nbsp;I has been totally ignored. &amp;nbsp;PM have very poor and slow service. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
