    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can send or receive sms messages. Toggled messages on and off. Updated software. Rebooted. No luck so it’s something on Public Mobile’s side. How do I contact support? And not via a method which requires verification via sms!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you able to make and take calls? Is data working? What phone are you using? And finally, if porting from another service provider, sometimes a network reset on your phone then rebooting can help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
