Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket.&amp;nbsp; CSA will respond within a few hours (hopefully quicker).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not on the Telus outage map. I've put in a ticket to Customer Service, but maybe do the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
