I have been following what support has told me but there is something wrong with my account and the chat support has been useless. Is there a number I can call? Or somewhere I can go&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No number to call for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to install/activate new eSIM and then to transfer number through your PM accouont.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no way to transfer an eSIM. You have to download the app on the phone, purchase a new eSIM, it will be $5 up front but when you get to the checkout, it will be free of charge. It's that easy and simple.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're still having issues, contact a csa.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Contact pm by creating a ticket using the &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html?lang=en" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;chatbot&lt;/A&gt; or &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;direct message&lt;/A&gt; for further assistance with the next steps. And buy new eSIM from Account -&amp;gt; Purchase sim card, choose eSIM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If trouble getting 2FA, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and choose Send email&lt;/P&gt;</description>
