    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never received my sim card after one month and I am unable to get support to get a new one. I want to be reimbursed but I don't know how to proceed since I have been waiting one hour on their chat but they disconnect me everytime.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help ideas will help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The best way is to buy a new one from Amazon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you can also buy from a Telus,&amp;nbsp; Koodo store if they sell Public Mobile SIM cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then ask support to update the SIM number in your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can reach them at the link below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
