      <title>App not sending OTP CODE TO PHONE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Major problems here. The app is not sending my OTP code to my phone so I am unable to log in. &amp;nbsp;I can request an email from the a website but need to access via app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just discovered that contrary to what the chat told me, you can resend the OTP to email from the app. I didn’t realize you have to hold down on the “send new code” text and then the option will appear. Hopefully that will save me in the future. I was worried about accessing my account overseas when I don’t have my phone working&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After all that I realized that I wasn’t receiving data, masked by my wifi connection to my home network.&lt;STRONG&gt; Then I discovered&lt;/STRONG&gt; that my cellular setup in my phone was hooked to the esim. Big lesson here, check your cellular data setup first if you don’t have service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I corrected that I had about 67 texts show up with all the OTP codes I’d requested&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now if I could find out why I didn’t get my $10 off with the code I’m golden&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks all&lt;/P&gt;</description>
