    <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed the number for my sim card in My Account but when i Checked the number from "About" on phone it indicates it has not change from the previous one. I waited a couple of hours removed the sim from phone reinstalled and phone still indicates old number. Tried in a couple of phones and "About" doesn't indicate new number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/605286"&gt;@PAMIDATA4&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, the online account is notorious for having data caching issues from time to time.&amp;nbsp; Please check again using incognito mode on the browser when accessing the account.&amp;nbsp; If using the mobile app, delete app data.&amp;nbsp; Note that if the SIM card change was effective, the new SIM card would be active and working.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
