Hi I am not able to receive text message while I am on a call. I am using iPhone 13.

This issue on an iPhone 13 can often be fixed by toggling Airplane Mode, restarting the phone, checking iMessage settings, and ensuring your network connections and carrier settings are up to date. If that doesn't work, ensure MMS and Group Messaging are enabled, update your iOS, and check your carrier settings. Finally, reset network settings, as this can resolve underlying connectivity issues.

this issue should only be seen when using 2G, which PM does not have 2G

try Reboot phone and then Reset network settings
