    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m new to PM. I just set up my voicemail, no problem. Then I called my number from another phone and left a message. Back on my iphone I see a missed call, but there’s no notification that there is a voicemail. I’m puzzled. How am I supposed to know that someone has left me a message? Please don’t say “you have to call the voicemail to see if there are messages waiting” !!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It might take a few minutes for the indication though. That's how it works on my iPhone anyhow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried this. Didn’t work. Any ideas on how to get a live agent with PM, not A.I. chat? Or heaven forbid get support on a phone call?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
