      <title>I am still being charged</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I disconnected my service, but a month later rejoined (kept same phone number). When I rejoined, I used a different credit card. Now, I am being charged twice,&amp;nbsp; one for my cancelled service (old credit card), and one for my new service (new credit card). Please refund those charges, and stop charging me for future months. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
