With your Public Mobile plan you should be able to send international text messages to any country.

You can send pictures and texts messages.

You have to be here physically in Canada.

Just text 1 876 then the phone number.

SMS can be sent to Jamaica but inputting in the number in the format of +1876 or +1658 followed by the rest of the phone number.
