      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every month my account gets cut off day before or day the payment is due. Even though money is in my account. I have to go into my account and pay it myself. I did and then I was charged again. This is ridiculous. I had to pay it physically because I had no service. I paid for it. Then you took funds from my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes its renewed every month from my account. The problem is for some reason they cut me off the day before payment is taken out. This happens often.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
