sorry, the 1000 minutes US calling can only be redeem using rewards point at the moment

if you don't have enough points to redeem, a workaround is to use VoIP app TextNow to make free US calling using the app.

@SCFL Another option would be to upgrade to US / CAN /MEX plan if you call the U.S. frequently enough also

What are reward points, how does one get them? I have a flip phone, no text, no data. The last time I added minutes I was only able to add for 30 days and it cost 40.00$ and came with data other things I do not have. I am about ready to abandon Public after being a customer since 2012. Have any ideas as 40.00$ a month times 12 is 480.00$ a year and 12 separate payments. Most discouraged.......

@SCFL You earn reward points for paying your bill , check the rewards portal in your account for how many you have and you can buy add ons like earlier mentioned or redeem points towards lowing your bill

I just got a confirmation from PM that they will be putting the 1000 US LD minutes back to the add-on catalogue before next week. So, if you can wait, please wait and check again on Monday

or if you want to redeem from your rewards point, login My Rewards site and redeem that with 5 rewards points

Dear Sir:

As of this morning there is no calling plan for the US for 1000 minutes for 15$. If this is not resolved and I cannot buy 1000 US minutes for 15$ for my flip phone (I do not have a smart phone and I do not want one nor do I want to be obligated to any expensive plans that offer things that I do not have. If I cannot buy the above mentioned plan that I had for many years I will be forced to abandon Public Mobile. Sincerely, Susan Fowler-Loranger
