Hello. I was told that I could continue using the $15/ month plan. Unfortunately I was charged $18 on my last renewal and I'm just not prepared for this. Can you help?

How can I stay on the $15/ monthly plan? I was charged $18 on my last renewal date and I'm not prepared to pay this? Is it possible to be reimbursed the $3 and stay on the $15/ month plan?

Public Mobile upped the cost of the old $15 plan to $18 about a month ago. We were warned at least 30 days ago that this was coming.

why would you think you can ask them to exclude you from the price increase?

no, all $15 plan subscriber will see the $3 price hike, no exception

Everyone on the $15 plan gets charged $18.

Don't think there are any exemptions or ways to get out of it.
