      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/465269"&gt;@Ruichuanyao&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you port in&amp;nbsp; your phone number? how you "change" the phone number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you ported your phone number, remove the old sim card and then reboot phone and Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you just requested a new phone number from My Account or Profile page, then you try reboot phone and Reset network settings as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not work, let us know if you are using iPhone or Android and if you have only trouble with SMS or trouble with iMessage/RCS as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No I had one number stop using more than 90 days so I got a new number still using my same account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
