did you try using the Forgot Password link to reset password. And try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

if same, you will need to ask PM support agent to sort it out. You can submit ticket by direct message:

You did use a different email address for each account...right ? You must not use the same email for each account.
