      <title>PM/Bell Outage in Kincardine?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both my wife's phone and mine are showing "Emergency Calls Only" since at least 9:30 this morning. Not seeing anything on the Bell site about an outage. Closest Telus outage is in Ottawa, so not likely related.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is just a community forum.&amp;nbsp; I think you should report the outage formally&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)
