      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a promo for 1GB data at $18/month via text on October 10th. I replied YES and was given confirmation via text that the promo would be applied at the next billing cycle. It wasn't applied on October 24th (when my plan renewed).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try login My Account again using browser with incognito mode to double check&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still not see the new plan, ask PM to check&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)
