    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ended up going to shoppers to get voucher. Here's where I think PM dropped the ball again. If there is a change to the service, especially on retailers to buy vouchers, they can bloody well email their customers. I go to Petro Canada to collect points on this purchase. Having been with them since the beginning, I believe we deserve that level of communication in the very the least. After all, this is a t-e-l-e-communication company, right? For all those in the community that replied .. Thank You.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the story with not having the option to speak to a REAL person in "customer service"? The local gas stations told me the voucher system for PM was not operational and now I can't renew my account for the month. Can't seem to get anyone to actually talk to in order to get this solved. I just knew it when Telus got their greedy fingers back in the proverbial mix, it would turn to crap.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edited by computergeek541: As per terms of service, inappropriate language was removed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Ask the casher and they will scan stack of payment vouchers for certain denominations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
