I went into my browser settings, cleared the cache, cookies and history, restarted my browser, and was able to successfully update to a different credit card. I feel you may have tried to enter it too many times. The system does have a security feature from trying too many times. You may need to wait a full 24 hours before trying again. As you mentioned, you may purchase a voucher and since you can log in, you should be able to add the voucher to your account and make a payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
