      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/608915"&gt;@123Denis&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you submit the tickets? &amp;nbsp;It can take up to 48 hours to respond. &amp;nbsp;Usually within a few hours, but weekends, the wait times can be longer. &amp;nbsp;There was a ticketing issue last week, but it was resolved (Oct 22-23). &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If more than 2 days, you might want to send a private message to CS_Agent:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Send a private message to CSA through the following link :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;BTW, what is the issue? &amp;nbsp;Maybe the community members here can help. &amp;nbsp;We are customers like yourself, but often can provide troubleshooting advice without the need of CSA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
