When I go to Asia, can I still receive SMS from Canada for free? My subscription is Canada-US-Mexico 60GB.

Sorry, PM does not have roaming other than US or Mexico

You need to use either use RCS ir iMessage with friends

No roaming in Asia so you won't get text at all

If banks or mailbox 2FA , change to email or authenticator app. Or set VoIP app TwxtNow before your trip and use the number assigned by VoIP app to receive text

Unfortunately no, you should buy a local SIM card or a travel sim like Airalo or other.
