      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I bought an eSIM and activated it on my new phone,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;but now I’m giving that phone to someone else.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I want to use my old SIM card in my old phone again, but it’s not working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help me get my SIM card working again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
