    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/606722"&gt;@Mitch-Rhonda&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you're in US with a Canada / US plan, you MUST have a cell that has VoLTE enabled and is recognised by Public Mobile as not all VolTE enabled cells are able to work with PM.&amp;nbsp; Here's some reading and a devise checker at bottom of page...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you have either AT&amp;amp;T or T-Moble as your network...I could never get Verizon to work when I was last in US...(that was before you-know-who started running his mouth)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to call in the us or back to Canada. Texting works both ways. I put the SIM card in a iPhone with all updates and having the same problem. Texting only. Hot spot works only in the iPhone. Not the Alcatel phone.the roaming service is t mobile 4 and 5 g. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been chatting back and forth with public mobile support for three days and getting nowhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
