Hello. Here are faster ways to get a SIM card. Do not order directly from public mobile as it can take weeks to get.

HERE you will find a link to local Telus stores that carry pm sim cards.

HERE you will find a link to Amazon to purchase a sim card for $4.99

HERE you will find a link to Mobileklinik where they carry pm sim cards as well.

buy a Public Mobile sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store, for $10

but you can buy it cheaper from Amazon, just for $5

By chance, is your address a PO box number? Due to Canada Post disruptions, Public mobile was not mailing SIM card to PO Boxes because PM was using different couriers. Not sure what the status is these days with Canada post doing rotating strikes.

Thks, i had to go an hour away only to be told there's no sim cards so I did finally get one Amazon!
