      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello. I’ve accidentally locked my sim by entering the pin incorrectly 3x. I’m looking for my personal unblocking key. I can’t get it through my account because I can’t get past the two way authentication as I am not receiving text messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To get your Public Mobile PUK code, you must contact customer support, as it is not printed on the SIM card or its packaging. You can do this by starting a conversation with the virtual assistant SIMon or by submitting a ticket to the CSA.
