Text msgs wouldn't send or receive

Hi . I'm on public mobile service but I'm not able to use texting income out going. I have tried very on my side here from net work reset to restarting my phone check all my settings doing factory reset nothing seems to work on my side here.

Have you been a customer with Public Mobile a while? Did this just start recently? Did you just port over from another service provider? What phone are you using? More info will help us help you.

I singed up in August 28 and work fine for a short time

So if it's just texting, that's odd. You can make and take calls I assume? What phone are you using?

it is not uncommon, it could be a device issue

are you on iPhone or Android?

if Android, try to clear cache reboot phone and test again

if same, try to uninstall Google Message (it will show as uninstall update), reboot phone, and reinstall the Google Message and it will fix the problem
