      <title>How to restore service when there is no option to do so when I sign in?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Due to missing email notifications from Public Mobile my service was stopped in September.&lt;BR /&gt;I found the emails, it says to log in and click on&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Reactivate Account" but there is no option to do so. I can't access my my payment method, I can't access anything but new subscriptions and it won't take my sim number. It hasn't been 90 days. The first warning email was dated Sept 09, 2025.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Help me Obi Wan, you're my only hope.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BTW, I was unable to create a ticket from the agent, it kept throwing an error. I tried several options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
