      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This is so difficult and frustrating. I CANNOT COMPLETE ACTIVATING MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I CANNOT FIND THE PAYMENT TAB ANYWHERE TO PAY WITH A PREPAID VOUCHER. I ALSO CANNOT USE *611 AS I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO PAY WITH PREPAID VOUCHER. I HAVE A SIM THAT IS ALL GOOD JUST STUCK WITH not being able to find the payment tab.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/369537"&gt;@Majesticred&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, you cannot use voucher to activate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The workarounds is to get&amp;nbsp; a prepaid visa or prepaid mastercard and use it to activate first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your voucher won't be a waste.&amp;nbsp; Once you activated the new account, load the voucher into your account and use it to pay for renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once that is done, you can remove the credit card from being charged and can start using vouchers moving forward. Please do not discard that voucher as it's still good and once you're set up, you can apply that to your account where you'll see a credit for the next month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
