      <title>What am I doing wrong?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm currently on the 60GB for Can/US/Mexico and had to go to the States last weekend and nothing worked - only Apple to Apple.&amp;nbsp; No internet, no data and no calling/text.&lt;BR /&gt;Now I'm back and having problems sending texts to a bunch of people in the States as well as here at home.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Never had these problems before I left.&lt;BR /&gt;Did I have to do something to my phone to make it work down there?&amp;nbsp; Do I need to change something on my phone to make it fully work again here?&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone please help?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/317623"&gt;@JapanTrip&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Critical part to US roaming depends on T-Mobile/AT&amp;amp;T/Verizon coverage and whether you can connect successfully onto either network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If the phone is not connecting to T-Mobile/AT&amp;amp;T/Verizon&lt;/STRONG&gt;, change the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Network Connection&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;from Automatic to Manual and select and test each of the&amp;nbsp;three and see which one you can connect and work best&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;With data issue when roaming&lt;/STRONG&gt;, make sure your &lt;STRONG&gt;Roaming Mobile data is enabled&lt;/STRONG&gt; and you have disabled your mobile data limiter.&amp;nbsp; Also&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;change your network mode to 4G&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(and don't try 5G until you can connect and service works on 4G)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am home now so that's all irrelevant but thanks for the info.&amp;nbsp; I'll try and remember this next time I have to go down.&amp;nbsp; However shouldn't there be instructions like this on how to use this plan if it's this complicated to use something that's supposed to be seamless.&amp;nbsp; I was in 5 different states and it didn't work in any so goodness knows what it was trying to connect to.&lt;BR /&gt;Also this doesn't explain why I can't text them since I've returned when I could before I left&lt;/P&gt;</description>
