      <title>Why is there no support</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I messages cs agent last night, then again today. My phone broke now I need 2fa for public mobile access as well as for my email. I’m stuck in this loop and can’t get any help. It’s absolutely insane. Now they just withdraw money from my account for a plan I can’t use or cancel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mostly a vent here but if anyone has advice what to do that would be great&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had issue with direct messaging with agents yesterday. Sent few messages as they asked, they receive none. Finally in the afternoon agent was able to receive and read it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes agent are overwhelmed and that causes a delay. With patience I get response from them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
