    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I call a number in the 705 area code it only completes very intermittently. Most times it states I’m out of calling minutes and need to purchase more. I’m on a plan that provides unlimited calling in Canada. How can this be rectified?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is that the only number you face difficulty calling? It coukd be your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What type of phone do you have? When you make a call what is the status in the upper right corner?&amp;nbsp; Keep the call running and place the phone in your I'm your hand and look at it. Do you see LTE?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do you see LTE?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Short of the phone number being dialed incorrectly, this isn't a device issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Also, VoLTE vs. 3G network wouldn't be factor here as to hear the error message, the phone would already need to be connected to a working voice network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
